Individual Therapy (ages birth to adults)
  • Therapeutic intervention is provided not only to adolescents and adults, but also to young children, birth to 5 (with active collaboration with the parent or primary caregiver).
  • Insight-oriented and empathic therapeutic intervention are provided to at risk, traumatized or troubled youth and adults.
  • Therapeutic intervention may effectively address symptoms such as those associated with depression, anxiety, disruptive behavior, reactive attachment, impulse control, grief, loss, and trauma.


Family Therapy

  • Therapeutic service offered to the family is based on a thorough Intake and Assessment to determine specific strengths and challenges of the family.
  • Therapeutic approach is designed to not identify one member as “the target” but promote collaboration, unconditional love and emotional support of each family member.
  • The treatment plan is strength-based and unique to the individual or family.


Infant/Child Comprehensive Assessments and Developmental Evaluations

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of infants, toddlers, and children experiencing developmental challenges and/or need of specialized services.
  • Well-researched and state-of-the-art measurements for children as young as 1 month of age.
  • Will proactively assist in linking children and families to specialized services offered by the school district and regional center.


Caregiver-Child Relationship Assessments and Intervention

  • Caregiver-child assessment is conducted pre- and post-treatment services to determine current level of attachment and bonding between the dyad and to closely monitor the treatment approach.
  • Therapeutic intervention involves the primary caregiver and child in dyadic treatment to promote healthier attachment, bonding and communication. The-art measurements for children as young as 1 month of age.
  • Therapeutic coaching and strength-based approach are utilized to assist the primary caregiver in recognizing his/her own special needs and desires and how it may influence the relationship with his/her child.
  • Therapeutic intervention will assist in building empathy, mutual respect and optimal co-regulation between the primary caregiver and child.



Infant Massage Instruction

  • Training from the World Institute for Nurturing Communication (WINC).
  • Therapeutic intervention involves the primary caregiver and child in dyadic treatment to promote healthier attachment, bonding and communication. The-art measurements for children as young as 1 month of age.
  • Assist with improving sleep; promotes relaxation.
  • Psychoeducational material is provided each class regarding hands-on strokes and other benefits of infant massage.


Parent/Caregiver Education and Training

  • Evidenced-based, nationally-known parent education.
  • A primary focus is to build healthy self-care, personal empowerment, and emotional and physical resources and support.
  • Weekly parenting classes designed to address parental stress, frustration, and isolation.
  • Positive, encouraging, and strength-based approach.
  • Certified Parent Educators

    • "Supporting Father Involvement" program


Psychodiagnostic Assessments

  • We provide comprehensive and thorough assessments that include not only direct testing data, but relevant perspective of significant others involved in that individual’s life. We feel it is critical to gain as much pertinent information as possible to develop sound clinical impressions and attainable recommendations for the individual in need.
  • Psychoeducational assessment is provided to assist in determining specific academics strengths and challenges, need of specialized services, and advocacy for appropriate school placement.


Clinical Consultation and Training

  • Peer/colleague clinical consultation and supervision by a licensed and seasoned psychologist available upon request.
